The card is valid for the type and duration of massage selected at the time of purchase.
A change to an equivalent massage is of course possible – upgrades are available for an additional charge. -
Extensions can be made on-site for an additional fee (e.g., 60 → 90 minutes). No downgrades.

You are welcome to pass the card on to family or friends – we simply ask for a brief confirmation via WhatsApp before the appointment.

Bookings are made directly via WhatsApp; online booking is not required.

Rebookings are possible free of charge up to 12 hours before the appointment.
After that, a unit will be charged or a fee will be charged according to our credit card guarantee rules. -
In the month of birth, the cardholder receives a free massage (according to the duration purchased).
This can be redeemed personally and is only valid in the month of birth. -
The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Premium Annual Pass 52 (Family Flex)
52 treatments as credit – redeemable flexibly within 12 months.
Depending on the pass, each treatment includes 60 / 90 / 120 minutes. There is no weekly commitment.
1. Use & validity
Your 52-treatment credit can be used whenever needed. The pass is valid for 12 months from the first redemption.
2. Family / group sharing
The pass can be shared by up to 5 people. Names must be registered in advance, and the pass is valid only for registered members.
3. Booking
Appointments can be made via WhatsApp or online booking, subject to availability.
4. Editions
Weekday Edition (Mon–Thu): best suited for weekday appointments.
All Week Edition: includes weekends & public holidays — maximum flexibility.
5. Notes & courtesy time
We are happy to consider preferred therapist/time where possible, however without guarantee; availability may be limited during peak times. When the schedule allows, we may occasionally add a few complimentary extra minutes as a courtesy — subject to availability and without entitlement.
6. Rescheduling / cancellation
Free up to 12 hours before the appointment. For late changes or no-shows, our cancellation policy applies; in such cases, a fee will be charged or one session will be deducted from the pass.
7. Additional terms
Not combinable with discounts or vouchers. Non-transferable; resale not permitted.
Payment & Refund
Our cards and annual passes are prepaid products.
Unfortunately, no refunds are possible after the first use – thank you for your understanding.
A refund may be issued prior to first use at the spa's discretion; any discounts/fees already applied may be deducted.
Please choose your card carefully – we will be happy to advise you if you are unsure.
Statutory rights of withdrawal and return remain unaffected.
