Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the services of Zui Spa – Somaco GmbH as well as the conclusion and execution of bookings made through our website www.zuispa.ch.
2. Contract
A contract is concluded once the customer makes a booking and receives a confirmation by email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in CHF and include statutory VAT. Payment can be made online (e.g. Stripe, Twint, credit card, gift card) or in cash/by card on site.
4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

For cancellations made within 2 hours before the appointment or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
5. Liability
Zui Spa is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.
6. Privacy
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Final Provisions
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich. In case of discrepancies between different language versions, the German version shall prevail.
