If you are unable to attend your appointment or would like to reschedule for another date, please let us know as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will have to charge you 50% of the booked treatment. Thank you for your understanding. If you are unable to attend, or if you want to change to another date, we would appreciate it if you inform us as soon as you can.
